Refunds, Returns and Shipping
Unless specifically stated otherwise, you are always able to return your purchased items for a refund. Do note that unless there is something wrong with the item (e.g. broken, wrong size), the shipping/return costs are for the buyers account. If something went wrong on our account we will offer to send a new one or offer to refund the purchase amount for the concerned items. If you receive a broken item or the wrong size kindly email us a picture along with your order number and a brief explanation to email@example.com.
It is important that you refer to the sizing charts provided to be sure your desired product will fit you correctly. It is always possible to return the item for another size, however the costs for return are for the buyers account. If you would like to exchange an item, kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
For US customers: using your tracking number on the USPS site will give you an ETA.
For global customers: you can use the tracking number we have sent you at www.17track.net or with your local courier.
