Refunds, Returns and Shipping


Crypto Payments: When customer chooses to pay with cryptocurrency, they withhold themselves from the option to return the products or receive any kind of refund. When processing payments in crypto/ orders paid with crypto, Spacingeru B.V. is never liable for any loss of currency.




Refunds/Returns

Unless specifically stated otherwise, you are always able to return your purchased items for a refund. Do note that unless there is something wrong with the item (e.g. broken, wrong size), the shipping/return costs are for the buyers account. If something went wrong on our account we will offer to send a new one or offer to refund the purchase amount for the concerned items. If you receive a broken item or the wrong size kindly email us a picture along with your order number and a brief explanation to info@spacexfanstore.com.

Changes

It is important that you refer to the sizing charts provided to be sure your desired product will fit you correctly. It is always possible to return the item for another size, however the costs for return are for the buyers account. If you would like to exchange an item, kindly send an email to info@spacexfanstore.com

Shipping

We offer free shipping within the United States and to all other available destinations we ship for just $9,99 per order. We do our best to get orders to you as soon as we can but can not guarantee a quick delivery around the globe. Some orders are made on demand, so it might take a day or 2 for your order to get shipped out. Once shipped out, you will receive an email with a link to track your package.
For products from our Rocket Lamps, Globe Lamps and Accessories collection, we have the following shipping times:
US: 2-5 days after shipping
Rest of World: 4-10 days

For clothing and other products:
U.S: 2-6 days after shipping
Rest of world: 14-30 days after shipping
Currently we do NOT offer express shipping.
