Refund policy
14-day right of withdrawal
You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days after you (or someone you designate) receive it. This applies to all items, including sale items. Gift cards cannot be returned once they have been used.
How to return an item
- Email us at info@spacexfanstore.com within 14 days after receiving your order. Mention your order number and which item(s) you want to return. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but this is not required.
- Send the item(s) back within 14 days after letting us know, to the address below. Please mention your order number on or in the package and do not send items to our print partners.

Return shipping costs
The cost of sending the item back is for your account. For valuable returns we recommend a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your package.
Condition of returned items
You may handle the item the way you would in a shop to check it. If an item has been used beyond that (for example worn or washed), we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Refunds
We refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown proof that you sent it. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong item
Did your item arrive damaged, misprinted or wrong? Email us at info@spacexfanstore.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or refund the full purchase price, at no cost to you.
Late or missing refunds
Haven't received your refund yet? First check your bank account again, then contact your bank or card company, as it can take some time before a refund is posted. Still nothing? Email us at info@spacexfanstore.com.
