Production
All our apparel, hats, mugs and posters are printed on demand, especially for you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your destination and the items in your cart. If free shipping applies to your order, you will see it at checkout.
Delivery times (estimates, after production)
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom and rest of world: 7–20 business days
Items are produced by the print partner closest to you, so products from one order can arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with tracking information. It can take 1–2 days before tracking updates. We depend on local courier services, so delays can sometimes be out of our control.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped to countries outside the EU or the US may be charged import duties or taxes by local customs. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Something wrong with your order?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or you received the wrong item, email us at info@spacexfanstore.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the purchase price.
