Is this an official SpaceX store?
No. SpaceX Fanstore is an independent fan store, made by fans for fans. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX).
How long does it take before my order ships?
All our apparel, hats, mugs and posters are printed on demand, especially for you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Embroidered tees take a little longer, usually 3–7 business days.
Our rocket lamps and rocket models are handmade in France and usually ship within 1–2 business days. The wall decor sets and personalized name rockets are 3D-printed and hand-finished to order in a small workshop in Turkey, and ship with FedEx Express (about 2–3 business days to Europe and 3–4 to the US after dispatch).
How long does delivery take?
After production, delivery usually takes (estimates):
• United States: 3–8 business days
• Europe: 4–10 business days
• Canada, United Kingdom and rest of world: 7–20 business days
Around the holidays and big launches it can take a little longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your destination and the items in your cart. If free shipping applies to your order, you will see it at checkout. More info in our Shipping policy.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link. It can take 1–2 days before tracking updates.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Our products are made by different partners: print partners for apparel, mugs and posters, our lamp maker in France and our wall decor workshop in Turkey. If your order contains different types of products (for example a T-shirt and a lamp), they can be shipped separately.
Do I have to pay import duties?
Orders shipped to countries outside the EU or the US may be charged import duties or taxes by local customs. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Which size should I choose?
Our T-shirts and hoodies are unisex. Check the product description for the fit and size details. In doubt between two sizes? We recommend sizing up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at info@spacexfanstore.com. Because every item is made to order, we can no longer change or cancel an order once it is in production.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 14 days after receiving it. Please email us first with your order number. Personalized items (such as a name rocket with a name) and digital downloads can't be returned. See our Refund policy for all conditions.
My item arrived damaged or misprinted. What now?
Sorry about that! Email us at info@spacexfanstore.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund the purchase price.
